ThriveCart Return Policy?
ThriveCart offers the ability to issue full or partial refunds on transactions. This means that if a partial refund could help save a customer and a portion of the sale, there's no need to worry about losing the entire sale.
To refund a transaction, one needs to head to the transactions area and locate the transaction to refund. After locating the transaction, clicking on the refund button presents a modal window with the choice of refund to process. One can choose from a full refund or a partial refund.
When issuing a partial refund, it's possible to refund multiple times up to the total transaction amount. However, it's not possible to refund more than the total transaction amount.
It's important to note that when refunding a subscription payment, the subscription itself is not affected (even if it’s the initial payment). Refunding a transaction does not affect the customer’s subscription.
ThriveCart advises using the tools built directly within ThriveCart to handle refunds. If one circumvents the system and acts directly within the payment processor, it cannot be guaranteed that every relevant action will trigger and report back to the ThriveCart account.
If after using ThriveCart and its features in a business, it's found that it hasn't helped grow the results by more than what was spent buying it, the team will work with the user to help until it does. If it doesn't work out, a full refund can be received as long as it's within the first 30 days of purchase.
If ThriveCart is not a fit for a business, a refund can be requested within 14 days. Terms and conditions apply.
How To Open A ThriveCart Account?
To open an account on ThriveCart, follow these steps:
- Visit the ThriveCart website.
- Click on the Sign Up button.
- Enter the required personal information and contact details.
- Set a password for the account.
- Click on the Create Account button.
After creating the account, a welcome email will be sent with a link to verify the email address. This will generate a password for the account. If the user already has a login under this email, they will get a notification that they’ve been granted access to an account.
Once the account is created, it's possible to create client & user logins. This feature is available for users on ThriveCart Pro. Sub-users can be created to give clients limited access to the account and products or for assistants to handle things like tweaking/editing funnels or customer management. The account permissions or access can be edited at any time by simply editing their user profile in the dashboard.
Remember, sub-users cannot create or clone products. This is a system-level restriction. However, they can manage coupons, account-wide settings, and customer details. They can also perform refunds and view customers for products that they are granted access to.
